Electric Margarita Recipe
Margarita recipe with Blue Curacao liqueur and Rose's Lime Juice.
Don't be afraid, you are not going to be "struck by lightning" :) The name of this recipe comes from its color. And color is given by the Blue Curacao liqueur (made of small sour oranges) - one of my favourites!
Electric Margarita Recipe
• 2 ounces of tequila
• 0.75 ounce of Blue Caracao liqueur
• 1 ounce of Rose's Lime Juice (Lime Cordial)
• 1 ounce of fresh lime juice
Use plenty of ice and mix ingredients in the shaker. Shake well and then pour into the glass. Use some salt to rim the glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
