Strawberry Margarita Recipe

Strawberry Margarita Recipe

Adding extra fruits to your Margarita recipe (strawberry, for example) can make it unique and quite new in terms of the taste.
Many are afraid of experimenting with tequila as there is a common misbelief that tequila is not really made for cocktails. Yea, salt + lemo is a great way to consume it, but do not forget, that vodka is also added everywhere and it usually makes cocktails better. Let's add sweet and sour mix + strawberries

Strawberry Margarita Recipe

1 1/2 ounces of silver tequila
3/4 ounces of Triple Sec (up to 1 ounce)
3/4 ounces of freshly squeezed lime juice (my favourite)
2 ounces of sweet and sour mix
2-3strawberries (most important part here :))

Couple of strawberries should be muddled beforehand. Pour everything (except strawberries, or course), shake with ice and strain into a glass (with some ice in it already). Put one left strawberry on a glass rim and I have seen advice to cover rim with sugar. Seems to be a good idea.
